That's where you come in.POSITION SUMMARYTh is program offers early career professionals the chance to gain cross-functional experiences to enhance their professional growth while learning about the entire Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six - month rotations.The purpose of our Leadership Development Program (LDP) is to accelerate the professional growth of our future people leaders and technical experts. Upon graduation, LDP associates are promoted into a longer-term role that matches the associate's professional interests and allows the associate to solidify their learned skills from their time within the program. Although many associates will graduate into an individual contributor role, others may choose to further enhance their people management skills by taking on a supervisor role. Regardless of which path one chooses, all associates will be set with a strong launchpad to a fulfilling career with Rockwell Automation.LOCATIONRotation flexibility is an important component of this LDP , as r otation assignments could include opportunities at Rockwell Automation facilities in Wisconsin , Ohio or elsewhere in the US . Relocation assistance is provided during each rotation as needed. Due to the nature of manufacturing work, most roles are required to be in person while some business-focused rotations may have the potential to be hybrid. Fully-remote positions are not available via this program at this time.PROGRAM SCOPE & ADDITIONAL DETAILSOur US-based program has two start dates a year: WINTER ( JANUARY ) AND SUMMER ( JUNE/JULY ).The rotational program is as unique as you are. During your two years, you will have ongoing development conversations with the program manager to help determine the right role for your next rotation.Rotations are targeted development roles which are focused in various functional areas, including:

  • Strategic Sourcing
  • Logistics
  • Customer Care
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Quality and Continuous Improvement (Supplier Quality, Product Quality, Operations Quality)
  • Manufacturing Operations ( Materials Planning , small group supervision/people management)Throughout the two-year program, associates will have:
    • individualized training and mentoring in a continuous learning environment
    • opportunities to participate and lead cross-functional project teams
    • challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility within the organization
    • exposure to and responsibility for industry leading technology solutions
    • develop skills in both data analysis and project managementQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:
      • Minimum Overall GPA 2.75
      • Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university
      • Available to relocate multiple times throughout the program
      • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job openingPreferred Qualifications:
        • Preferred GPA 3.0
        • Major in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Administration
        • Previous applicable co-op or intern experience
        • Proven teamwork, collaboration and leadership skills
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Ability to communicate to multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership
        • Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-through on commitments
