Description: --- Develop and maintain production schedules for five work centers that optimize production efficiency, ensure manpower utilization, and meet customer demand. --- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and manufacturing engineering, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods. --- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. --- Analyze capacity constraints and resource availability to determine the feasibility of production schedules. --- Ensure that production schedules are communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders. --- Evaluate and improve production scheduling processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. --- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and other production inputs. --- Identify and communicate potential production issues and work with relevant teams to develop solutions. --- Collaborate with accounting and operations to develop labor utilization plans that align with production schedules and forecast, capacity constraints, and facility goals. Skills: Production planning, Supply chain, Sap, V Lookups, Logistics, Inventory management Top Skills Details: Production planning,Supply chain,Sap,V Lookups Additional Skills & Qualifications: --- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, operations management, or business administration OR 2+ years of experience in production scheduling/supply chain or a related field. --- Knowledge and understanding of 6 Sigma project management principles. --- APICS CPIM or CSPC National Certification highly desired --- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. --- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making. --- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. --- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. --- Familiarity with production planning software (SAP) is highly desired --- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
