• Sign-on bonus: $1,500.00
• Department:Pharmacy, inpatient oncology compounding
• Schedule: Full time, 36 hours, 6:00am- 2:30pm (inpatient role) or 7:30am - 4:00pm, Rotating shifts. Expect occasional PM (1300-2130) . Weekend will be every third. Expect PM rotation. Part of holiday rotation. No night shift

    Responsibilities
    Provide distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the Pharmacist prior to receiving certification.
    • Refill and maintain automated dispensing systems.
    • Prepare orders and maintain inventory for the Pharmacy department.
    • Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
    • Repackage bulk medications.
    • Receive and store incoming supplies.
    • Triage incoming calls and serves as a liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by providing information.
      Requirements
      Licensure / Certification / Registration:
      • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association preferred.
      • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) preferred.Education:
        • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
          degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
