Position: Medication Tech Resident Assistant - Flex

Hours: 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., 2:30-10:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m.-6:30 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Become a Cedar Community champion by providing a pleasant, courteous, caring, helpful, and positive atmosphere for guests, residents, and team members.
  
• Help residents live their life to the fullest by providing direct patient care-assisting with personal care based on individual resident needs, including hygiene, bathing, oral care, skin/nail care, hand washing, shaving, dressing, bed making, walking, exercising, mobility, and ambulation.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and assure residents' rights and privacy are protected at all times.
  
• Administers prescribed medications according to established medication administration policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations.
