Position Summary:

In the Maintenance Technician I position, you'll be responsible for completing a wide variety of tasks within our facilities. The Maintenance Technician will focus on the upkeep and appearance of our facility and ensure a comfortable, safe work environment for our Partners.

• High sense of urgency and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively What You'll Do and Impact:
  • Setup and breakdown of company meetings when necessary.
  • Perform general maintenance and repair duties including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting and carpentry.
  • Assist with installation, modification and relocation of workstations and furniture.
  • Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
  • Responsible for general upkeep and appearance of the interior and exterior appearance of the campus.
  • Assist with all other aspects of the Facilities Department Experience:
    • High school diploma required
    • Previous experience in facilities maintenance
    • Previous experience providing team supervision or acting as a lead
    • Previous experience maintaining a stock room inventory
    • Ability to work primary hours of 8am to 5pm, with additional availability to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, as needed
    • Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
