Position Details
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Compensation: $28-$34/hr + OT. First Year W2 - $65K-$75K
Shift: M-F 8A - 5P
Travel: 10% travel (training, client needs, etc.)

Position Description
As a Repair Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance and/or alterations on aircraft parts in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals, Technical Orders, or the equivalent standards. You must assure that prior to use, tooling, or test equipment requiring calibration is in compliance and serviceable. You will record status updates and other information in the ERP system, including ordering parts or other consumables when needed. You will also participate in quality control and inspection procedures for colleagues to enhance throughput and efficiency in section. You will conduct all aspects of repair, maintenance, overhaul, or alteration as needed. Additional tasks may be assigned.

Position Requirements
--- Experience or equivalent knowledge of avionic parts and maintenance.
--- Must be able to install, service, repair, test and troubleshoot Actuators, Brakes, Wheels, Valves, Electrical Parts, Electronic/Avionics, Landing Gear, Hydraulics, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Fuel systems, etc.
--- Degree or equivalent experience with FAA Airframe, Airframe & Powerplant, or similar certifications.
--- Ability to use various, basic measurement and inspection equipment such as calipers, multimeters, dial gauges, and micrometers.
--- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skills.
