Job Responsibilities:Quality Assurance AnalystWisconsin Community Services Inc. Put your strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills along with your passion for data analysis to use in your contributions to a 110-year-old nonprofit, human service organization. As a member of our Performance & Quality Improvement team, you will provide support, expertise, and direction to program staff regarding: the creation, analysis, utilization of program outcomes, and accreditation standards. If this sound like you, we encourage you to join us in our collaboration with human service administrators to: Collect, assemble, and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Assist in the development and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Assist with the development and implementation of an agency compliance program to ensure WCS is operating in compliance with CARF standards and other funder standards. Collaborate with IT staff to identify and implement technology needs for programs including application design and staff training. Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct opportunities of improvement.As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to prioritize and schedule your own work assignments to ensure maximum productivity as you support assigned programs through guiding quality improvement processes to achieve strategic goals. You will gain knowledge and understanding of the various programs and services provided within WCS and actively look for opportunities to improve services and efficiencies. Apply your skills to promote optimism and create a climate in which people do their best as you assist within the programs in providing guidance to program staff on how to use and find efficiencies through technology. Your studies in Human Services, Organizational Management, Business, Analytics, or related field along with two (2) years of related experience will contribute to your success in this role. Related experience such as program evaluation, quality improvement experience or an equivalent certification such as: Six Sigma, Quality Associate or Lean certificate is ideal. Your knowledge in visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI as well as experience in program social service delivery will aid in your successful execution of this role as well.
