The Implementation Project Consultant will be responsible for
ensuring successful new client experience and technical
implementation by providing end-to-end oversight of client
implementations. He/she will collaborate internally to achieve

Required Experience for Implementation Project Consultant:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited four-year
college or university. May consider candidates without a degree
given applicable work experience2 plus years' hands-on experience
related to IT/HR and project management. Demonstrated
time-management skills, ability to multi-task, and is detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Logical and critical thinking in order to monitor new client
successes and risks.
- Curiosity to learn and become an expert on multiple technical
- Understands the importance of client confidentiality and
maintaining the integrity of data in Human Resource
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other project
- Exceptional client service skills
- Payroll processing experience preferred.
- PMP Certification a plus
Primary Responsibilities for Implementation Project Consultant:
- The Implementation Project Consultant actively supports our

- Develop and drive a standard, measurable and effective
- Design, develop, implement, support, and test HRIS systems,
including interface files and scheduled reports. In addition,
troubleshoot, identify and correct technical issues.
- Responsible for managing internal collaboration to manage a
seamless delivery of dependable, accurate, timely and easy-to-use
- Create, modify, develop and keep system documentation
- Provide technical support and guidance as well as training on
new systems and processes to end users and administration.
- Assist with establishing and implementing short and long-range
goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
- Provides technical support internally and for incoming
- Some travel may be needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
