Representative will handle inbound calls from customers and will be
responsible for answering questions and inquiries from customers.
The Patient Service Representative will receive customer requests
and prepare documents and tickets related to processing returns,
servicing, and exchangesWhat will be my duties and responsibilities
in this job?
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding
to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Researching required information using available
- Fling claims, updating insurance information as requested by
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
- Following up complicated customer calls where requiredWhat are
the requirements needed for this position?
- Open availability from between Monday and Friday between 10 am
and 7 pm
- Experience in a call center environment
- High school diplomaWhat other skills/experience would be

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
