We build on our iconic history through ongoing investments in our people, inventory, and technology across our diverse business segments.As a Sales Representative, you will get to: Learn the sales process through on-the-job training, completing assignments, observing the sales process, attending sales and service calls, and assisting your mentor in all aspects of the sales cycle.Continuously develop and grow sales that generate profit in current and new markets across our diverse business segments.Discover the sales administration process by completing rotations in the sales office, partnering with functions such as tech and operations.Create and establish relationships by calling on prospective and current customers to develop new business, and work collaboratively with suppliers, purchasing, customer service and warehouse team members.Improve your product and sales knowledge by reading sales and marketing publications, maintaining personal networks, and joining sales and marketing organizations.Maintain business with existing accounts through developing quotes, analyzing sales and margin growth, managing accounts receivable, investigating and resolving customer problems, and providing samples when necessary.This job might be right for you if: You have high energy, are entrepreneurial, and are ready to grow with our company.Have strong motivation for sales including finding and winning new business, as well as managing and developing existing accounts.Exhibit strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills including great follow through.Are a strategic, solutions focused, thinker who likes to consider multiple avenues and are ready to make this role your own.Believe in providing exceptional service to external partners and colleagues.Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
