Dental Sales Representative (Nationwide Opening) Job Requirement for Position: Dental Sales Rep/Product Support Specialist - Consultant Posting: we are looking for an experienced Sales Professional for a Chicagoland based start up, which is in progress of introducing a new innovative VEGA Oral Care products for the dental industry. Responsibilities include revenue generation through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business customers. This exciting role is for someone who enjoys educating, as our Sales team works directly with Dental Professionals. Your objective is to develop a pipeline of loyal customers by teaching and training them on the product values. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and work with the founders to help build a great company. Our Client is an early stage start up and in progress of launching innovative VEGA Oral Care product line based on a patent-applied breakthrough formulation. Our Client was built on the concept of Intelligent Healing. We deliver healing solutions through the intelligent formulations of natural sources. Our mission is to help dental patients recover quickly after various oral surgical procedures as well as to maintain their oral health. We believe that better healing for dental patients can be done more naturally. Less pain. Less swelling. Less bruising. More peace of mind. This is a unique opportunity for a select few sales professionals to be an early member and key player inside a fast-growing startup. We are searching for an experienced and resourceful individuals, who are passionate about accelerating the growth of a results-oriented company. This role requires sales experience and the ability to drive successful results by executing the GTM strategies utilizing our sales playbook. Existing relationships with dental professionals is a plus. You will help grow Our Clients business by winning over dental professionals. This will be accomplished by helping patients reduce pain, swelling, bruising, accelerate healing after various surgical procedures while maintaining optimum oral health. You will also own the lead curation, outbound outreach, client conversations and A/B testing of various sales strategies. Our Client is building a culture of empowering our team members to do the best work with a complete focus on exceeding our customers expectations. This important role will require you to work closely with CEO, CTO and many other team members to deliver on this key commitment to help grow our company. What youll do:

* Grow revenue through prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business customers * Teach and train our customers (Dental Professionals and their staff) on our products * Execute GTM strategy by following a well established sales playbook * Construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline * Opportunity to define company's future - develop brand positioning and strategic roadmap * Understand lead qualification and work to develop process and accuracy * Assist training our growing sales team in other regions * Execute on short-term sprints while maintaining a vision for long-term sustained success * Communicate effectively and efficiently via phone, email and in-person * Build on your strong relationships with key clients to generate revenue * Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, customer support and account management * Attend trade shows to meet customers in person and provide hands on assistance * Actively maintain a working knowledge of our products and the industry

What youll need:

* Proven track record of growing a customer base and consistently exceeding revenue targets

and organizational goals

* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify

and provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment * Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process * Ability to problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our sales and services team * Extremely proactive and upbeat with strong organizational skills * High customer service drive * Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently (startup hustle and energy) * B2B sales experience with consistent revenue-generating responsibilities * Drivers license, good driving record and a reliable means of transportation * Multilingual with verbal proficiency in Spanish other languages is a plus * Computer and technologically savvy
