We are looking for a talented and competitive Senior Inside Sales
Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An
inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our
ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You
must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with
team leads, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing
sales. This application is for both of our Senior Inside Sales
Internally we have two Senior Inside Sales roles, one called
Admission Advisor that focuses on selling for our FxNA brand and
our Clarity Coach position that focuses on selling for our HCI
Duties And Responsibilities
- Communicate and coach someone through their challenges and
inspire them to take action despite their fears or roadblocks.
- Assess potential applicants to determine if they would be a fit
and enroll in our course.
- Follow up on a high volume of requests and leads via phone,
email, or other communication channels for student inquiries
relating to enrolling in our BHC program.
- Qualify and advise potential students to help them make their
next, best step forward on their health coaching journey using a
sales conversation inside of a coaching experience.
- Complete the enrollment process for new students.
- Track and maintain sales progress, conversion, and related
reports on a weekly basis.
- 5+ years proven inside sales experience
- Solid B2C sales experience
- Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to prioritize sales leads based on potential to
- Willing to work up to 55 hours per week to achieve sales goals
including some nights and weekends.
