    • Building a team-oriented work environment that encourages and rewards everyone to achieve their goals.Position Details: This is a business-to-business sales position, in which the purpose of the Commercial Sales Executive is to grow sales by identifying the needs of the client and present products, programs and ideas that will address and satisfy those needs. It is essential for the Commercial Sales Executive to effectively present the detailed information on various products, programs and services offered by Midwest Heating & Cooling.Primary Functions:
      • Conduct on-site meetings with clients to review products and programs that best serve the needs of their businesses.
      • Establish / maintain relationships with clients built on confidence, competency and professionalism.
      • Design solutions that will address and satisfy the HVACR needs of the clients.
      • Provide Commercial Estimator with all needed information to build the project scope of work.
      • Present professional demonstrations or presentations of the company products, programs and services.
      • Organize follow up appointments with clients to review scope of work and close the deal.
      • Maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
      • Follow up with client consistently until a decision is finalized.
      • Generate and develop non-member business accounts in order to increase revenue.
      • Portray the company in a positive manner.Required Qualifications:
        • 4-Year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a minimum of 5 years working experience in commercial HVAC engineering design and sales.
        • Excellent attention to detail.
        • Great communication techniques with customers and co-workers.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
        • Good time management skills.
