Some key objectives for your role as the Sales Manager: Learn, apply, and implement the Grosso Sales Methodology Manage, train, and motivate the sales team Hit Empire's monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals Focus on continuous improvement and growth within the team and company Double the amount of sales reps by the end of the year Go on weekly ride along with sales reps Some of the minimum qualifications include: Must be willing to relocate to Milwaukee High School Degree and equivalent experience and success in achieving sales team goals. 5+ years of successful residential remodeling sales management experience Experience managing a 1 call close sales process Managed a team of at least 8-12 sales reps Experience with either Grosso or Yoho sales processes 3+ years experience as a 1-call close in-home Sales Representative Experience building a sales team from the ground up (preferred) Intermediate knowledge of exterior residential remodeling and construction (preferred) Intermediate experience with CRM software If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you today!
