Job Description:
Description: This will be a project supporting a new update to
the bank's online and mobile banking system. Candidates will be
responsible for assisting with log in issues, resetting cookies,
and troubleshooting any issues with the mobile app. Candidates will
be offering solutions while while demonstrating enthusiasm,
apologizing sincerely for inconveniences, listening empathetically
and tolerating difficult customers calmly. This will be a 5 month
contract to hire. The mobile banking project will last
approximately 3 months followed by another project that will last
until the end of October. At that time, there is possibility to get
hired on to the customer service role permanently based on

Qualifications: Required Qualifications: -Strong computer skills
(40wpm or more in testing-will be working on dual screens) -Ability
to multi-task and very detail oriented -High school diploma or
equivalent -Someone nice/empathetic -Tech savvy (candidates will
have to walk customers through on how to reset cookies, browsers,
etc.) -Customer service experience -Good attendance/reliability
Preferred Qualifications: -Associates degree or other higher
education -Previous finance/accounting/banking experience -Prior
