Description:ABOUT THE ROLEPositive enthusiastic winning attitude!Phone calls to Customers/VendorsUnderstand basic Construction practices and building componentsTyping Sales Tickets & DeliveriesMust be comfortable with computersUnderstand Product KnowledgeWork with house plans to verify critical components of the project.Work with multiple Component manufacturers to obtain quotes, place orders & review acknowledgements.Comfortable with EstimatingWork with multiple account managers & customers to address a variety of needs and concerns.Ensure that issues are addressed within 48 hours per the Team Blue "48 hour solution resolution."Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a smile!As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
