experience providing quality asphalt and concrete solutions across
Wisconsin. With our own asphalt plants, aggregate pits, and a full
range of paving and maintenance crews, we’re proud to deliver
top-quality results and unmatched service to our customers. Our
team handles everything from driveways and parking lots to major
roadway projects, along with concrete work, milling, grading, and
asphalt maintenance. We’re growing our sales efforts and are
looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to
help us expand our reach and continue building long-lasting client
relationships. Position Summary The Sales Development
Representative (SDR) is responsible for researching potential
prospects, reaching out through phone and email, and scheduling
appointments that drive new business opportunities for our sales
team. This position plays a key role in our outbound sales program
and serves as the first point of contact for many of our future
clients. What You’ll Do Research and identify potential prospects
in target markets. Send professional, personalized emails to
prospective customers. Make outbound phone calls to prospects to
introduce Asphalt Contractors, Inc. and qualify interest. Schedule
and confirm appointments on behalf of the sales team. Keep accurate
records of activities, leads, and outcomes in the company CRM.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of
qualified prospects. Support the continued development of our
outbound sales program through feedback and new ideas. What We’re
Looking For Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal. Comfortable making outbound phone calls and sending daily
emails. Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
skills. Tech-savvy and able to learn CRM and sales tracking tools
quickly (experience preferred). Self-motivated, driven, and eager
to grow in a sales career. Prior sales or customer outreach
