What You Will Do: As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be the
heartbeat of our club's sales force, playing a crucial role in
turning potential members (we like to call them "suspects") into
dedicated Orangetheory enthusiasts. Your day-to-day
responsibilities will include: Scheduling face-to-face meetings to
personally connect with potential members. Assisting in Lead
Nurturing through our CRM system to keep prospects engaged and
informed. Preparing and conducting consultations at our club to
understand the unique needs of each prospect. Guiding prospects to
a decision by connecting their emotional and logical needs with the
benefits of joining Orangetheory. Signing up new members and
welcoming them to our vibrant community. Managing CRM and CMS
Systems with meticulous documentation to ensure all interactions
are captured and actioned. Being an active and engaging presence in
Orangetheory targeted interactions, ensuring all leads in your
funnel receive personalized attention. Who You Are: Passionate
about the Orangetheory mission and vision and able to embody our
service standards. Polite, courteous , and a natural at making
others feel understood and valued. Proficient in transactional
analysis and adept at navigating various sales frameworks. A strong
active listener who can execute stroke/reverse/nurture techniques
in conversations. Competent with CMS/CRM solutions , ensuring all
documentation is well-managed and up-to-date. Driven and
goal-oriented , with a knack for hitting sales quotas and thriving
within our sales funnels and processes. Prompt, professional, and
pro-Orangetheory , always representing our brand with pride and
dedication. The Impact You'll Make: Ensuring leads are contacted
within 2 business hours , showing our commitment and
responsiveness. Timely scheduling of face-to-face consultations,
demonstrating our readiness to meet potential members' needs.
Achieving a 50% conversion rate from consultations to sales,
reflecting your ability to match prospects with the right services.
Maintaining accurate and current CMS documentation , ensuring every
member's journey is well-documented and managed. Precise adherence
to lead nurturing protocols, keeping prospects engaged and informed
