Description:Tarsus is an international business-to-business media group with interests in trade shows and exhibitions, conferences, education, publishing and online media.--Tarsus is focused on developing a business that facilitates relationships between buyers and sellers, helping them to do business in their respective markets efficiently and profitably.----This position will be working for the OFFPRICE Show and the Off-Price Retailing Magazine. They are the industry leading resources in the discount apparel, footwear and accessories market keeping retailers updated on the industry, business news and hot trends. The incumbent is primarily responsible for selling trade show booths, print advertising, online and mobile advertising, as well as sponsorships throughout the year by performing the following duties:--Solicits business from potential clients through phone calls and emails.Provides clients with information and advice on what items would best fit their needs and wants prior to, during, and post show to grow their business.Identifies potential clients using advertising campaigns and exhibitor lists.Opens and services new accounts.Maintains constant contact with existing clients as well as new clients to learn and develop knowledge of their company/products as well as industry news.Completes sales and routes documents for processing.Builds relationships with exhibitors to help better serve them in the future.Manage and maintain client interaction through CRM (Salesforce).Travels to trade shows to meet with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.--Other responsibilities will also include supporting the OFFPRICE team onsite at OFFPRICE events including but not limited to customer relations and help desk support, assisting in operations activities and coordinating sales and marketing projects.--Required Skills & ExperiencesIncumbent must have a bachelor's degree and/or a least one to two years equivalent work experience. Experience with CRM preferred. Applicants should have critical thinking skills, communication skills (Verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Must also be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.--Compensation Status & Work ScheduleIncumbent is an exempt at-will employee in the state of Wisconsin.--Tarsus' main office is in Brookfield, WI and offers a flexible work environment.--The incumbent will be required to travel 10-20 days out of the year to support OFFPRICE shows.--
