site-related risks, ensuring that our operations maintain the

plays a pivotal part in our commitment to safety and operational
excellence, directly contributing to the sustainability and
reliability of our energy solutions. Identify and assess risks
associated with project sites, including environmental, regulatory,
and safety risks. Develop, implement, and monitor risk management
plans to mitigate identified risks. Work closely with project
managers and engineering teams to integrate risk management
practices into project planning and execution. Conduct regular site
inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards
and regulatory requirements. Prepare risk assessment reports and
present findings to senior management. Coordinate with legal,
environmental, and regulatory departments to keep abreast of new
developments in industry standards. Develop training programs for
site staff on risk awareness and management procedures. Participate
in emergency response and incident management. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry-specific
regulations and standards (OSHA, EPA, etc.) Proficient in risk
assessment tools and methodologies Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to lead and manage cross-functional
teams Proficient in Microsoft Office and risk management software

Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
