Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the food and beverage
industry, is seeking a RD&A Technician to join their team. As a
RD&A Technician, you will be part of the Research, Development
& Applications (RD&A) department supporting innovative product
development and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and a
proactive approach, which will align successfully in the
organization. Job Title: RD&A Technician Location: Beloit, WI
Pay Range: $23-31 Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm What's the
Job? Support research and development activities by preparing
samples and conducting lab and pilot plant trials according to
established procedures. Perform routine analysis, sensory
evaluations, and dispatch samples to customers or manufacturing
sites to ensure quality and consistency. Assist scientists and
technologists in product testing, development, and upscaling
activities to drive innovation. Maintain detailed records of trial
results, manage sample logs, and ensure proper storage and
traceability of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to meet project timelines and support continuous improvement
initiatives. What's Needed? Ability to stand for extended periods
in laboratory or pilot plant environments. Strong organizational
skills and attention to detail for documentation and sample
management. Effective time management skills to handle multiple
tasks efficiently. No prior experience required; a willingness to
learn and grow within the role is essential. Excellent
communication skills to collaborate with team members and
