skills to overcome challenges and thrive. The CCS Clinician/Program
Manager is a dual-role leadership position responsible for
providing clinical oversight as a licensed Mental Health
Professional (MHP) under DHS 36 and managing the Care Coordination
team. This role combines direct clinical responsibility with
program leadership to ensure youth and families receive
high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services. What
a Day in the Life of the CCS Clinician/Program Manager Looks Like:
- Provide clinical oversight by reviewing and signing assessments,
Plans of Care, and treatment plan reviews. - Offer weekly
consultation to Care Coordinators and monthly consultation with the
Director of Community Mental Health. - Reporting directly to the
Director of Community Mental Health - Supervise, coach, and train
Care Coordinators, ensuring compliance with DHS 36, Medicaid, and
agency standards. - Facilitate weekly team meetings and reflective
supervision. - Conduct audits and review case documentation for
quality and compliance. - Lead program management activities
including referrals, billing, staff orientation, and performance
monitoring. - Serve as a clinical resource during mental health
crises, discharges, and transition planning. - Collaborate with
partner agencies, contribute to program evaluation, and support
expansion efforts. - Participate in on-call coverage as needed and
cover cases during staff absences. What You Bring to the Table: -
Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related
field required. - Active Wisconsin licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or
equivalent required. - 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical
experience in community mental health required. - Minimum 2 years
of supervisory or leadership experience preferred. - Knowledge of
DHS 36 and Medicaid regulations required. - Strong leadership,
coaching, and clinical decision-making skills. - Commitment to
