A company is looking for a Director, TPO Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities
Source capital to fund the growth of the residential TPO
business
Lead negotiations with joint venture, debt, and tax equity
investors
Develop and present materials for investors and company
leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related
fields
10+ years of experience in consumer finance or renewable energy
finance
5+ years in solar project finance at a top-tier developer or
investment bank
3+ years in a mid/senior-level role with direct reports
Strong understanding of consumer lending and asset-backed
securities markets
