Job Description Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 7 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2560.00 /n/n Opportunity: /n RN - Home Health /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 5-8 hour variable shifts Monday through Friday /n• Guaranteed 38 hours per week with flexibility up to 40 hours /n• 7-week contract assignment /n• Provide home health nursing services to 20-25 patients in Stevens Point and Plover areas /n• Average 4.5 visits per day with travel ranging 25-60 miles daily depending on territory and patient census /n• On-call requirements 1-2 times during the week and every other weekend /n• Must respond to answering service calls within 15 minutes /n• Weekend on-call and holiday rotation every other weekend /n• Float to other territories when patient census is low /n• Perform OASIS admissions, episode management, and coordinate patient care /n• Handle wound care, IV therapy, port care, lab draws, and chronic disease management /n• Complete documentation in EMR in timely manner /n• Make doctor calls and coordinate care as needed /n• Required certifications: AHA BLS, active Wisconsin or Compact license, valid driver's license /n• OASIS certification required, Epic experience preferred /n• Bachelor's degree required /n• Minimum 2 years home health experience preferred with travel experience required /n• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility /n• Any scrub colors acceptable /n• Mask required during flu season if not vaccinated /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health services to patients in their residential settings, focusing on quality patient care and clinical excellence.
